Thirty days, and you keep the chart.
Read the whole thing. If it does not help you, write to contact@thecrystalier.com within thirty days of your purchase and say so. Your money goes back to the card you paid with. There is no form to fill in and you will not be asked to justify it.
You do not have to delete or return the PDF. It is yours either way.
The refund is issued through Stripe on the same day the request arrives, in almost every case. Your bank then takes its own time, usually five to ten working days, before it shows on your statement.
Check the spam folder first, then write to contact@thecrystalier.com with the email address you used at checkout. It gets re-sent. If something is wrong in the chart itself, a wrong spelling or a wrong date, write in and it is rebuilt and sent again at no charge.
This policy sits on top of the rights you already have under the consumer law of your own country. It does not replace them or reduce them.
