Who handles your data

What is collected, and why

• Your first name and birth date. Entered at checkout. Used to generate your chart, and for nothing else.
• Your email address. Used to deliver the chart and to answer you if you write in.
• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. Your card number never reaches this site and is never seen by us. We receive only the confirmation that payment succeeded, along with the country and the last four digits shown on the receipt.

The birth date you type into the free reveal on the home page is worked out in your own browser and is never sent anywhere.

Who it is shared with

Stripe, for payment processing, and the email service used to send your chart. Nobody else. Your data is never sold and never rented.

How long it is kept

Order records are kept as long as Romanian tax law requires them to be kept. Your name and birth date are kept so your chart can be re-sent if you lose it, and are deleted on request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to contact@thecrystalier.com and it is done.

Cookies

This page sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. Stripe sets what it needs on its own checkout pages to process the payment securely.
